New array functions introduced in php5

Here is the list of new array functions introduced in php5 so far –

array_combine — Creates an array by using one array for keys and another for its values

array_diff_key — Computes the difference of arrays using keys for comparison

    I was in interview in Xento Systems do i know any array function which will give first elements of each array of a multidimentional array. and said its introduced in php 5. But i could not find it.
    Can you guide me?
